- Error 27, Autoterm Air / Planar parking heater (PU-5 control unit: 11x flashes): Fan is blocked
The fan in the heater cannot rotate. This problem often occurs when the heater has not been installed on a plain surface and / or the screws have been tightened with too much or with different amounts of force. This could cause the heater housing to become warped. Due to the small gap between the housing and fan, the fan wheel can easily grind or block. So check if the fan is free to moove. You can also easily open the four clamps on the side and remove the upper housing of the auxiliary heater in order to determine whether other causes lead to the blockage - e.g. a small object that's on the inside of the heater (a flake of upholstery during transport, etc.) )
Alternatively, the fan or the wiring between it and the board may be faulty.

Die Heizung lief jetzt mehrere Jahre problemlos, heute ist dann etwa 3 Wochen nach der letzten Benutzung der Fehler 27 aufgetaucht.... An der Installation liegt es also denke ich eher nicht... Muss wohl mal unters Auto und die Heizung anschauen

Super Tipp, den "Propeller" etwas in Schwung bringen und der Motor läuft! Sind gerade mit dem Hausboot in Holland und die Nächte werden kalt. Hoffentlich nicht mehr bei uns an Board. Danke
Aber trotzdem noch die Ursache finden - eeeeigentlich läuft der ja alleine los ;)
Habe jetzt Fehler 27. Lüfter dreht aber. Lief davor 12 Monate Problemlos.
Was war, Aquaplaning auf der Autobahn. Die Pfütze hat die Verkleidung des T5 (alles Serie) zerfetzt. Der Luftansaugschlauch wurde ebenfalls komplett zerrissen. Also bleibt nur, dass die Heizung nass geworden ist.
So did you fix this or was it broken?
Meine liegt mit offenem Gehäuse da und der Lüfter dreht völlig frei. Trotzdem taucht der Fehler auf. Was ist denn dann die Ursache? lg.
Wenn du das Gehäuse draufschraubst dreht der Lüfter nicht mehr frei? :)
Moin, blöde Frage, ich habe die Planar 44d und das PU27, allerdings habe ich nun auf einmal das Problem, das in der Anzeige beim einschalten, Connection angezeigt wird und einzelne Balken hochlaufen, aber nach dem 6ten Balken startet es neu und so geht es die ganze Zeit. Sicherung entfernen und auch Display entfernen und neu starten bringt keine Verbesserung. Hat jemand einen Tipp für mich?
