2100 Series Cable Replacement Instructional Video

Cable replacement instructional video for Sumner's 2100 material and contractor lifts. The same basic instructions can also be applied to Sumner's 2000 Series and 2400 Series lifts.

Tape and cut the wire at the old loop on the outside top of lift. Weld the end of the new cable to the old cable where you cut the loop off, pull thru entire machine. This can be done without disassembly and is very easy. Good luck!

How many feet of cable does a Model 2118 take? I got mine used so I'm not sure if the previous owner changed the cable but mine was at 3/16". Is this the OEM cable?
