    A Binaural Beat is composed of two different frequencies, one being played to the left, the other to the right ear. Our brain picks up on the frequency difference and is entrained to that frequency, which subjectively produces the consciousness states associated with this brainwave frequency.
    For full effect use headphones. You can also combine these Binaural Beats with other Music, Podcasts, Videos by letting it play in the background.
    The Hz in the title always refers to the difference between the two frequencies and never to the frequency of the audio itself. A Binaural Beat of 20Hz means there are two tones playing, creating a difference of 20Hz (For example 100Hz on the left ear and 120Hz on the right ear).
    1 Hour pure Binaural Beat. No Background Sounds.
    Gamma Binaural Beats entrain Gamma Brainwaves in your Brain.Best for Inspiration, Complex Thinking, Genius Mindset, etc.

    I have been listening to these frequencies for some time, lets just say years (true story) and never gave you thanks for getting me ready every morning and starting my day off with a vibrant start with clarity of purpose. Thank you for the years before and the many years to come thank you Sam.

    This is straight from ZZ Top La Grange. That one part, you know? Right before the solo.

      Sam Young beta is better for physical activity gamma is what you need. This track (40 hz) is ideal

      @@jon...5324 If gamma is 30 and above, would 39 or 41 be any better? I like that these two are musically a third.

      @@TheBillysabu you can choose any frequency from 30-60, although with above about 40 it's more effective if you slowly raise from a lower frequency to a higher one to ensure entrainment happens quickly. Pick whatever you think sounds best, it's not a huge functional difference between frequencies especially at higher ranges like gamma.

    What is the frequency of noise played in each ear?

    How are these binaural beats made?

    • @SamuelSchuepbachOfficial
      @SamuelSchuepbachOfficial  7 років тому +11

      binaural beats are made using two slightly different pure tone frequencies. one frequency is only played trough the left speaker of the headphones, the other frequency can only be heard trough the other. the mind then picks up both frequencies an starts to resonate with the difference between these. so, for a binaural beat of 10hz, one could use 100hz on one ear and 110hz on the other. :)

      Many thanks for the explanation. One more question: how long can i listen to these binaural beats.

    • @SamuelSchuepbachOfficial
      @SamuelSchuepbachOfficial  7 років тому +6

      i would recommend listening to binaural beat (and isochronic tones as well) no longer than one hour a day. if you for example want to use binaural beats for studying listen to them while you study and let your brain get back to its "normal" range afterwards. not saying that the brainwave frequency created with binaural beats is not "normal", but its rather artificially made and i think we should give our brains enough time and space to create its own frequencies :)

      From personal experience, listening to binaural beats for a few consecutive hours puts you brain into that state for the rest of the day, making it incredibly hard to sleep especially after 40 hz. On the plus side, chemistry I learnt that day ( a year ago ) is still fresh in my memory and the test I did the following day I got an A :)
