    Definitely very helpful. The best thing is the way it has been filmed. Lighting,, video and the close ups.. all so helpful. Keep it up.

    Thanks for this. My fan was really noisy, so I followed your procedure, cleaned and reinstalled it and now the sound is at a reasonable level.

    Very helpful. To save money they sell the motors separate as well. If you buy the whole thing then just change it all out lol

      Excellent tip to just buy the motor only. Saves about $10 in my experience.

      Yes it does. You can always clean the vent cover with hot water too so no need for the thing unless it’s damaged

    Thanks for this vid. I live in an apartment and I have to replace a bathroom fan that doesn't work anymore. I'm glad I can replace the motor without having to dig the whole assembly unit out of the ceiling.

    Are all bathroom fans of standard dimensions? Do I need to worry about maybe the new one not fitting cause its too big or small? And does the method you showed of removing the fan from the new housing work and re-fitting it into the old housing work for ever model

    That’s called REPLACING not REPAIRING, a.k.a. “fix(ing)” the bathroom fan dude. You should change the title of your video.

      By definition, a replacement is a fix. And they didn't replace the whole unit, only the broken part. 🙄

    It’s called an Exhaust Fan

  • @user-xc6uw3rg1h
    @user-xc6uw3rg1h Рік тому

    So then you return it with the old motor and get your money back for the entire unit then an incompetent employee at Lowe's doesn't notice then a month down the road I buy it and get pissed.

    This video is about fixing broken fan. Title says fix _HUMMING_ fan. Downvote. Please be honest from now on.
