When is the government of Jamaica going to realized that the house parliament is in a mess, there is no respect for each other and the behavior of the leaders are a disgrace watching from a distance. People that live in a glass houses should not throw stones. Look into yourselves and ask "Am I doing the right thing for the lives and welfare for the people of Jamaica?" You are representatives for the people and of the people!! Wake up people of Jamaica and take a look at Haiti' present situation!!

The Jamaican Constitution
Chapter V, Part I
Section 43 (1): When the House of Representatives first meets after any dissolution of Parliament, and before it proceeds to the despatch of any other business, it shall elect one of its members, not being a Minister or a Parliamentary Secretary, to be Speaker, and whenever the office of the Speaker is vacant otherwise than by reason of a dissolution of Parliament, the House of Representatives shall, not later than its second sitting after the vacancy has arisen, elect another such member to fill that office.

2. Election of a Speaker
(1) At the first meeting of the House immediately after a general election, or whenever it is necessary for the House to elect a Speaker by reason of a vacancy in the office occurring otherwise, the Clerk shall call upon the House to elect a Speaker.
(2) A Member, having first ascertained that the Member to be proposed is willing to serve if elected, may, rising in his place and addressing the Clerk, propose a Member not being a Minister or Parliamentary Secretary as Speaker of the House, and if that proposition be seconded, the Clerk, if no other such Member be suggested for the office, shall declare the Member so proposed and seconded to be Speaker of the House.

Recently I have been to the transport authority office in Montego bay and the service is surprisingly very helpful in every way. I commend the. The ones on the road are the aggressors.the training given to recieve The badge from their organization on how to deal with their customers need to be taught to them cause they have no knowledge of how to interact professionally with the public and I am saying this from personal experience and also observation of how they treat others on the road.
