Bernie can’t sue the NFL because he’d never have a chance to work for them again. But I’m surprised that Bernie would agree to the “fake bet” without getting it pre-cleared by the NFL. If the agent was part of it then he should be turning in a claim on his malpractice insurance. Also the NFL should see that it wasn’t a real bet & give him back his job.
