So they want the app to be developed in Spanish, German, n French. Functionality remains the same. Will you write a separate test case for each Lang? How many times will you execute the test cases

Its called Internationalization. Need not execute separate test cases for each language. Rather discuss with Developers and other team members on how they are planning to implement the change in the code ? Then test the conversion only once that it is being converted based on how it is implemented. Eg. Eng to Spanish and if it works for one language it should work for all.
