In this episode I embark on my biggest journey to date.
I've decided to jump the ditch to Western Australia Perth city for a few years.
The plan is to move my family over asap and settle into some awesome diving and cool new adventures...

I’ve been living in Perth the last 10 years. Nz will always be home but Perth has given me so much opportunity. Money isn’t everything but it beats struggling in Nz.
100% agree with your there Tim. Australia (Sydney where i live) has given me so much opportunity in terms of work, pay, homes etc.. that I would not have achieved if I were still living and struggling in NZ. You can understand why so many kiwi's leave NZ and come here to have a crack and do so successfully.
Yeah awesome that's what attracted me to the place, Bluff will always be home though, this place is temporary, I plan to come and take all the good experiences and money back home to my paradise 👐

You did a nice job with the food, I'm impressed. All the Maori I've met have been big on family so it's not surprising you've found it a tough slog without them. Wish you could've taken them along with you when you flew out. Hope they'll be with you before long.

I've always been one to go out on my own from a young age, a loner pretty much, moved here in 2011, thinking of going back home next year.

I moved to Nth QLD this time last year. Was so hard at the start but once my family was here it’s been awesome. I miss diving back home, as here only spot is out at the reef away from crocs, which is awesome but it’s a 2 hour steam lol NZ will always home however I have never been more comfortable financially before. Wish you and your fam all the best!

Too much my bro!! I just moved to the central coast,NSW 1 week ago. I went from working 75 hour weeks in NZ to working a 40hr week in Aussie and getting way paid more over here. Blessed with this opportunity, gotta make the most of it now.
