This isn't an accurate translation, some of it is completely fabricated. Seid bereit (immer bereit) is the slogan of the Ernst Thälmann Pioneer Organization, a communist youth/scouting group in East Germany. Ernst Thälmann was the former leader of the German Communist party, killed at Buchenwald due to his political beliefs. The first concentration camps were built to house political prisoners, almost entirely socialists and communists, as the arch enemy of the Nazis was what they called 'Jewish Bolshevism'. This bigotry and scapegoating of the far left is alive and well today, though the fascists who believe/use this conspiracy theory prefer the term 'cultural Marxism'. The bigot who committed mass murder at a Norwegian youth camp in 2011 wrote a long manifesto about 'cultural Marxism', making it clear this was the motivation for his attack, which killed 77 people.

Strobe fire (gunshots)
Proudly sweating from the adrenaline boost
Live up to our death count
Go straight ahead
Let it out
😳😳😳
Bro, been listening to this song for the past two to three years. Let me tell ya'll, learning bout this Nik guy is hilarious and an experience.
Same. When the comments started flowing I was like "Who the fuck is this Nik guy ?*
Till I saw the news and then found out about the whole shit of him listening to this song.
@@connermiles7425 I _wish_ I had known about it all that time, because *damn* it slaps
@@anchovybushwack472 Should listen to Deutschmachine or Unter meiner Uniform. Both great songs from them
@@connermiles7425 Deutschmachine is good but only the version t on UA-cam of the Yellow stick figure holding a flag.
That kid didn't deserve this song
those kids* but whos to say...
I love that we’re all JCS fans lol 😝
This song deserves better than to be remembered for Nikstain’s awful actions
But JCS does deserve props for his awesome content
May those students Rest In Peace
damn demons always have the best choice in music, this song is awesome
Damn Demon, you have great taste in music.
Don't stay too long
It's dark over here
It's where the demon hides
It's where the demon hides
Underrated comment
@@lmgbros7723 well thank you
This is my first time receiving such a reply
But I genuinely forgot why I made this comment
Amazing song! And One is so talented, diverse and influential. I sang this song for karaoke and saw a couple make the Nazi salute. Everyone else seemed to enjoy it though and it's a shame some people don't recognize that music is subjective and thus should never be held at face value. As well, electronic music was first created in Germany in 1953.
it's not about liking the same music as that freak. it's that people were killed without mercy while this song played. i just picture it.
This is the Demon's favorite song, damn that demon has great taste
I loved this song long before uh... THAT incident. And I still find it extremely catchy.
It feels like Pumped Up Kicks all over again: the comments are all about a school shooting. 💀
no, people were talking about pumped up kicks being correlated with school shootings because the song is about a school shooting.
If it makes you feel better
We’re going on about how a great youtubers video where he goes into depth about criminal psychology
He makes great stuff so we’re really shouting him out
Did everyone come from the JCS video? Goddamn I thought there'd be a few but every single comment I've looked through so far has been about it. I feel like I've met my people.
Oh my god this song is so damn cool- I feel so tough listening to this
Voices in my head asked me to listen to this.
“Live up these rhymes go straight ahead and let it out” guess the demon does choose evil songs
Yep and the lines about dancing and celebrating freedom are so terrifying, I mess shiver me timber’s🥶 I can see why the “demon” would pick it.
@@bucketonfoot tf are you talking about?
@@JZilla69 their sarcasm but machine and armor man is what they fail to realize is the part I was talking about dude was strapped and had a vest
that demon was so nice, he always wanted to do nice things and cool stuff, like a fire pit and listen to tech german music, but that guy was evil and did worse than that, poor demon. he even called the police man a really nice guy, the demon was an angel trapped inside a real demon body
I get that you’re joking but I think it’s a bit insensitive when you describe Nik as a “hooman who wanted to do a school shooting :(.” Using cutesy language to joke about a scumbag who murdered 17 people is undermining how severe this event was. We all love joking and insulting Nik but make sure your jokes also don’t undermine the tragedy
@@skeletrain7478 my bad, I didn't mean to, that's why I said that even a demon could be better than him, he's a monster cause of what he did, there's no humanity in those actions. I'll try not to do that again, sorry and thanks for letting me know
@@yuri_lhr of course! I figured you didn’t have bad intentions, I just wanted to let you know
what about the killing birds

It’s cool as hell to play as Bastion in Overwatch while listening to this song
The Demon Definitely understands German
I love how they say "sample text" at 2:40
What in the world is all this talk of demons about? I was introduced to this song by a montage of someone playing World of Warships, blowing shit up in a planed-but-never-built German super-dreadnaught. (Yuro Kruppstahl, Großdeutschland 2)
Yeah I watched that video. Man I love that ship just hate the guns on it sometimes.
Also the dumb shit about the demon is that you know that waste of space of a kid who shot up Parkland ? Nikolas Cruz was bsing the cops by saying he was insane and that the demons were telling him to do it and they liked this particular music even though he doesn't even understand German. Now people just keep saying the same stuff over and over again.
I know this band since 2009 or well listen to them and watched some songs used in compilations on war thunder, world of tanks, warships and company of heroes but people remember this song as the "demons song" i got sick of replying to em so i just let them fly.
@@connermiles7425 i really just want to find actual discussions online about this song but it’s all tied back to the kids fake voice in his head.
@@BlankPapperthe guy was a school shooter in Florida, told the cops he had demons in his head. And he said they recommended him this song
Bro i fucking love this song thank you for making this 💙
This is the 5000th video that i have liked, congrats!
Peter Rabbit 2 brought me here. Nah... it was the demon.
Rudol von Stroheim FTW
bloody stream bros for FTW
This is better then propaganda
I love how half of the people came from that crime video, but damn that demon had some good music taste ngl
That's what I was thinking. I've been a fan of German music especially industrial. Just cause of 1 fucknut now the song is apparently "Evil"
@@connermiles7425 the song isn't evil, one son of a bitch is. I like the song, it's just hard to shake the connection you know?
@@Alexfilms_03 Yeah well you should see half the comments legit being flooded with "evil song" and then some telling me to off myself cause I translated it ? Like I translated it back in 2017 but apparently some try to connect it with the events in 2018 ?
I reply to most saying its not an Evil song its just music like would "I'm a barbie girl" be evil if he was listening to it whilst doing what he did. No but some people don't get that.
The demon got a great taste in music.
And my suspicions that the comments would be full of memes and references to the Florida shooter are confirmed, unfortunate that so many people were introduced to this song through such circumstances
I'd like to invite the demon over sometime. He must be epic at parties.
Thank you to "The voice/"Demon"/Nicholas for recommending this absolute banger of a song.
Mr. Demon has good taste
