lol, yeah unfortunately when we paid for the po-boys I put the voucher in a pocket with my phone and guess it fell out at some point when I pulled out my phone. But yes! Mardi Gras is one of our favorite events to go to at the parks!
Hello, near the ticket booths there is a kiosk to print off rewards. Select the Pass Member Option and scan your pass and it should bring up your rewards which you should be able to select and print out. I have once had an issue where it didn't print and had to go to the customer service desk to have them print it out.
Yeah we had been pass members for about a year before we realized that's where the rewards are printed. Thank you so much we're glad you love our videos 😄
