- What's going on everybody? In this video we are switching things and diving into a HOBBY BOX! Specifically we are ripping a 2023 PANINI PHOENIX HOBBY BOX. This box has 2 AUTOGRAPHS, 1 MEMORABILIA CARD, 9 NUMBERED PARALLELS, some SILVERS and one COLOR BURST. The case hits in this product include: DREAM WEAVER, ARCHETYPE, EN FUEGO, METROPOLIS, AND PHOENICIAN. We spent $450 on this box 😱 and we’re going to track the value as we go and see if we can make our money back. This rip was a ton of fun. We pulled so many great hits! I like Phoenix. It’s an underrated set in my opinion. Last Phoenix I ripped was a 2021 H Box. It was okay but I do usually like the looks of the cards in this set. Love our PC hits of course! 👍🏻

Yeah, SP is a strange lettering to put on a card when the standard definition in the hobby is Short Print. I think the general consensus though, is that it stands for Special Photo

Just a suggestion - you should filter the comps that you show to most recent. Pricing on newer sets vary by the day and I really think the older comps gives a skewed idea of the return on a box like this.

Normally SP is short print but I have heard the big breakers say this is something like Special Picture with a different image on it. It is definitely no short print as there are a lot of them in each box.
