- Republic’s menu focuses on art, fashion, music, and other pop culture milestones of the 1960s. The featured drink for this video is inspired by Singapore oil painter, Georgette Chen and her famous piece, Tropical Fruits.
In 2023, Tales of the Cocktail Foundation (TOTCF) continues its partnership with Singapore Tourism Board to highlight the extensive drinks industry talent of Singapore.
TOTCF has selected five Singapore bars to showcase this year. Each bar represents its own intention and identity while allowing us to explore the multifaceted culture of Singapore.
