This is true. I am a mini celebrity in some circles for my "brave" goalkeeping. Goalies are mightily underestimated. Ppl don't realise the high level of skill that actually goes into the whole of goalkeeping! Goalkeeping is one's passion; but not only that--- goalkeeping is a talent! And goalies worldwide deserve that recognition. P.S. I LOVE GOALKEEPING!
People under estimate the work of a keeper im a keeper myself and you have to be concentrated all the time a single second of deconcentration can lead to a goal... But the worst for us keepers isn't penaltys or saving a ball going in the top corner the hardest balls to get are the one that are deflected because you start going a direction and then due to the deflection you have to change it very fastly
