The catch is that a lot of us can only go frozen while Ramsay goes out of his way to get hand dived scallops. The amount of labor that goes into getting them means they cost at least twice as much even with his trade discount.

"All comes down to the last dish/judge/cook" sounds familiar? Never ever someone won early. This is a show & every detail is set up. Even good dishes are presented as bad just to make it more exiting..

One reason I never eat out at Indian restaurants. In general to many of their hygiene standards are third world and fucking disgusting. We had a TV show that followed local counsel health inspectors in restaurants while busting/praising them for bad/good service, food, and hygiene standards, kinda like Kitchen Nightmares but local. Every single Indian one got either fined or shut down. I'm sure there is some that are fantastic but I ain't paying to take the risk. Gross.

To be honest gabriel was the issue for fish station given that he wouldn't let it go out when ready instead forcing the lobster to get over done and over cooking every single scallop while still managing to leave one side as good as raw
