AS far as i know, the only difference is that Side Damper Class in Indonesia is prohibited from using HG parts. So technically, the Side Damper Class in Indonesia is in the B-MAX category.
BMax is so popular here in Japan, racers adopted this class very fast. You can get the open class speeds, but the stability of the car is a new challenge.
Very similar regulations to what we call Tuned Class here in the US. Except we’re limited to only the “Tuned” series of motors (Torque, Atomic and Rev) and we can run polycarbonate bodies as long as they use stock mounting. It’s a blast, we were drawing 30-40 entries before COVID. We’re having our first event back this Sunday I hope we get a good turnout. Seems like open classes have been dominated by MS Flex for so long maybe folks will enjoy building something new. We have all sorts of chassis do well FM-A, AR and VZ are usually the fastest. I started out running MA but they’re a bit too heavy compared to the others.
@@tonypapagna6027 AAA Hobbies in Magnolia NJ (Philadelphia area). We were getting on average 30 box stocks and 30 Tuned before shutdown. We get whole families, mom, dad and the kids even a couple grandpas and grandmas. We run once a month on a Sunday. HobbyTown in Toms River NJ pulls in pretty decent numbers too a lot of them come down to ours.
Wow. It is more or less known as side damper class in indonesia. Easier and cheaper category which will atract more racers
good to read this!
I try!
Thanks!
