I strongly disagree with the legalization of cannabis. You have to take into consideration the nature of society. Right now Uganda ranks highest in Africa in alcohol consumption yet alcohol is legal AND “expensive”. That means cannabis consumption would exceed that of alcohol if more available. Let’s not forget our biggest population is young people, most of whom are unemployed. Very dangerous move to introduce.
