Just finished watching Blue Jasmine... absolutely fantastic. Brilliant writing again from the incomparable Woody Allen. This may well be the finest performance from Kate Blanchett I've ever seen. Sally Hawkins was once again terrific as well.
I have always liked Woody Allen. No one has the same style. He sounds different here. Getting thin in the voice. Getting old, and it looks good on him.
Non so perché, ma Woody spende per Cate Blanchett elogi di convenienza, è molto formale e abbastanza distaccato quando parla di lei nel suo film ,mentre per altre attrici meno brave come Scarlett Johansson è prodigo di elogi.....mah forse è troppo "prima donna"e lui vuole attrici più compiacenti.
