    neymar and other brazilian footballers that train raw are seen as the posterboys of fascia yet they suffer the most injuries

      This is a problem with the system in which professional footballers are trained. Neymar was healthy when he was still playing in Brazil.

    When one lacks strong and powerful fascia he could risk getting injured on the pitch and also possibly off the pitch because his or her fascia is not well developed, without this strong weapon you are more likely to get injured especially in March situations being a victim of the ACL and many other injuries, so fascia is a very powerful weapon that no footballer should neglect.

    yess!!!! it is true. I just had an injury in my ankles. I had been training "Fascia" without knowing 5months. it did not take time to recover. it again happened and i was on bed for 1 month

      lean over the ball while shooting and make sure your non shooting foot is directed towards the direction you want to shoot and planted also lock your shooting foot ankle just before you shoot the ball

    I had a question: ​If we are wingers should we work on our legs or let them grow just with jogging, because as you said. Building stiffness in ankles doesn't decrease our technical abilty but if we build muscle in our whole legs that means they become stiff, so they become to stiff to dribble well.

    Ankle injuries more often than others, i really want to do more to strengthen my facisa but i injured one of my big toes a few months ago and it hurts everytime i try any of these exercises. Any tips to overcome such pain?

      I've just recently rehabilitated from one of those. I recommend doing icing and elevation of the toe(make sure it's higher than heart level) as well as gentle bending until it starts to hurt. Also, make sure that you buddy strap it(tape it to the toe next to it). You can search up how to do this. Finally, avoid juggling with normal footballs- to keep practicing use a softer ball and consider wearing shoes. Don't play any barefoot football for a bit, and lower the level of training you are currently doing- focuse on the basics that won't hurt your toe.

    Hi Football Protocol, I really love your content 😊. Anyways, I'm 16 years old, will be 17 in 2 months. I played in academies, like private academies where u pay and train, but we get to play matches against youth teams of clubs in the top league of the country here troughout my whole life, started football at 7. Even though I know you never saw me play 😅, I have always been told I'm talented by coaches in my home country and in the country I live in right now. But I never played in clubs, only private academies. Because in the country i live in you have to be from the country, like both your parents from there, or at least born in the country to play in clubs. And I wasn't, so now I found an agent who can get me trials in spain, but i have to send him a highlight video and CV, but my question is do you think i still have time to go pro? Like I'm aiming to hopefully one day play in a top 5 league in the world at least, that's my goal. I hope to get accepted in the trials in spain and then work my way to first team with the team I'll tryout for, I know compettition there is tough but i feel confident in my abilities. I heard people say though that players like me who never really played in youth teams of clubs and stuff would simply not be able to compete with kids in the clubs' youth team since like 7 or 8 and stuff no matter how good they are, do you think it's true? Please i need honest advice and also do you think it's possible for me to make it to first team there and debut with the first team in la liga eventually if i prove to be good enough or is it over just because of the age i started going to clubs at, my previous like experience, and the factors i mentioned here above? And what advice can you give me as a player in general? More specifically as a winger who is really good on the ball, good with the fundamentals but i feel like I lack in positioning and some of the tactical stuff and decision making? Especially because I never learned those stuff properly in like 11 a side games, in the academies i played in, while kids in the youth team of the club I'm gonna do a trial for probably had professional structured coaching on these stuff since they were like 9 or 10, thanks in advance!

      Think about simple quick movements like lane changes or elasticos and work to master a few skills that you can perform on both sides. Combining feints with lane changes works very well and you can see Messi do that often.

      It's less effective because your toes don't work as hard and they spread less because of the fit of the sock. If you really want to, then you could buy toe socks(socks that have slots for each toe, like gloves). But barefoot is best.
