Someone just shared data with me, now what?

thanks for the helpful tutorial. without knowing before, I have mistakenly set for high assurance but my institution doesn't support that. I am not able to receive any data therefore. I am also not able to change that setting, even after going back and forth for several process of uninstalling and reinstalling. Please advise! Thank You!
