the canister that the guidance unit was in could have been marked Inert, even though it was green. This looks like a training load for certification on a weapon. after so many flights the head becomes inert, my question is what the hell is that fluid on the ground after attachment

Fluid was probably from a hydraulic leak from the table controls of the bomb lift truck "Jammer".
"Failed Load" -Safety Violation- No strap on munition during transport from trailer to Aircraft.
Kr0n0s69 I was a 3 man for 3 1/2 years and DROVE jammers every day. And the 1 man is escorting him with the bomb....when I was a 1 man, this was standard practice....and this isn't Load Barn....the only time we used a strap was when the jammer was going a long distance with nobody walking the bomb. AND who is "failing" the load?? I don't see any load barn clowns.
Relax, its just a UA-cam trolly comment. FWIW, i was a 1 man for 4 yrs, 2 man for 3 yrs and 3 man for 3 yrs, and load barn or not for us that strap stayed on during travel from trailer until you are near or under the load rack, either bomb or missile, and you never were allow to tranport without a walker, strap or not. This was a recorded load, i.e. demo load, which are always performed to Load Barn Standards (The world's watching). You summed it up with "I don't see any load barn clowns" cause I guarantee your 1 man was always watching for them or Safety. IYAWYAS. 46250/46270, 2W171. A-10A, F-16C/D, F-15C/D. somehow I don't think these pilots are going to take heed of the warning on that box, "DO NOT DROP", as it would be in peace time, when they would.
So if blue on bombs mean training devices, does that mean my blue balls are the same aswell?

Not just metal but likely some form of honeycomb paneling reinforced by spars made of some sort of high end and extremely tough aerospace alloy
the blue one and the green are different?
The bomb body is blue, indicating the bomb is inert. The guidance units are green, indicating the units are live. Put it all together and you get a guided hunk of concrete.
That's a small one but you know you just picked that up with your bare hands I was assuming that it would be heavier than that like you had to jack it up there or something like that probably with the bigger one but that's a small one think of a check reloading itself in midair official figured it would be painted in that
Just to clarify, the aircraft being loaded are the same aircraft taxiing, right? If so, then they are F-16D's, not F-16C's...

It activate the tail when the bomb drops then it wil break on a certain point but it will not fall of because they put an other wire around it

as slow as these guys load that jet, it's a wonder we haven't lost a carrier yet..are we in a middle of a war or lunch time..
doedoebirds1 if you think thats slow you should know it also can take 20 minutes to an hour for the aircraft to accept the bomb and know what its got but hey at least this thing wont miss laser guided
during peace time periods, it's better to be slow and safe than to rush and trigger some sort of accident..

it depends on what nation your building the bombs for if you build bombs for USA its gonna kill terrorists if you build them for the taliban theyll use it to kill innocent people for their imaginary god
depends on who is using it..if you are dropping it on unarmed civillians, then it's fucked up, but if you are arming the aircrafts to drop bombs in bases or airfields of attacking countries to defend your own then it's not.
