Gorgeous home and love her style. The only thing that seemed off to me... was the fireplace. I couldn't figure out why the sides were different and one side was angled. Had to play it back three times, then realized she had a door sitting on the left side. Then she mentioned the mantel was a former piano front DIY. She should let that shine , and move the door somewhere else. Just thinking out loud. Its her house.
....I liked this home, but she went too fast on sone things, to actually see the whole scope of it... like the shelf thing by the stairs ( is it in a short hallway?) ..and I know it's difficult to hold the camera steady, just takes practice. Barely saw the kitchen except the cute pie cabinet... I loved her sink faucet but went to fast time really see it.
I thought "ooh, a pie cupboard, thats what I need in my kitchen" but then to only realise that they're for decoration. Not edible. Like, what?! Why not just put real pies in there?!?! #crazynonsense
It’s wayyy to cluttered for me. This would give me anxiety, I wouldn’t know where to look. There’s no focal points. Not comfortable. Less is more, statement pieces instead of trying to cover every inch of wall, floor and surface space. There’s no room to set things down. Too many styles and eras mixed together. I’d hate to have to dust all that.
