@@Light_Camera_Story thanks for responding! Doesn't seem to be making a difference sadly. Both prescans and full scans provide terrible quality and seems to have been affected by the new update
@@ulitusic unfortunately not as of yet, I've been in talks with silverfast who were willing to sit on a call and look into the issue, but just haven't got round to it yet as I'm quite busy! Recommend giving them a shout as they seem quite helpful

I open the file in photoshop and then went to image - adjustments - invert and it looks washed out ? Also so I need to use Do I need to use negative lab pro ? I have silverfast , photoshop and Lightroom

Hi, thank you. You might have to go to the preference, and change preview quality. . How they look post scan?

That case probably you may need to change the scan resolution.

You don't need Negative Lab Pro . Did you develop yourself? Is it Black and white?
And why Photoshop? Silverfast is sufficient.
