I was surprised the Monroe got 9. I would have thought 9.5 or 10. The Oscar looked a little off center. Lots of nice cards. I want to grade some now too.
I was surprised about the Monroe too…grader just didn’t like the century signatures 🤪 If you got some basketball, definitely think about submitting some to SGC while they have the $12 buck special 🙌 Thanks for watching!
I had no idea there was a purple parallel for the 2004 Skybox AutoGraphics set, I think I would have remembered it from my old Becketts! Awesome card, love the simple design 👌

SGC had gotten super tight on the grading…i just wish these grading companies offered transparency on the grades instead of hmmmm why did this get that grade. Thanks for always putting out amazing content 🤘🤘
I’m also hoping grader notes will someday be available with all grading companies, and all service levels 🤞
I have that same lebron just the /10 parallel. It also got a 9.5. Hard to value it’s a great looking card !

I got some good results last time at a week turn! But the problem is I can't move these things.. maybe I picked the wrong folks.. mainly NBA draft prospects
Yeah, unfortunately the newer nba prospects don’t sell well slabbed-up cuz nowadays everything is so massed produced :( Try 90’s inserts, low numbered cards from the 2000’s, color matches, vintage 👍

Dude, you are the BEST! I greatly enjoy your "Before & After" style, as it does "exactly" what it is supposed to do, which is benefit those of us, who are watching your videos, and not the other way around! Too many UA-camrs want to be stars and sell us viewers short with too much talking about stuff that don't matter to us.

I love this style of video! Man pretty much spot on on the grades! You do know what you’re doing 😂. How do you determine what cards to send to SGC? I have a few cards that I know won’t get a 10 with PSA but possibly a 9 or 8. Would these be good candidates? Thanks for sharing!

Finding out which cards to send to SGC is a balance act. You need cards that won’t get a 10 with PSA (prob would get a psa 8 or a 9) but still have a shot at the 10 with SGC, or at least 1 grade higher than PSA 👍 All the while keeping in mind the comps for each grade in each company…this will make sure it’s worth it financially to submit. Lebron Purple color match😍😍😍! I used to rip a ton of 13-14 Prestige, yeah they're very condition sensitive. I had 4 Giannis rookies, sold all of them December 2022 in Orlando. I was going through a bunch of old cards in storage boxes and found them, moistly 8's and hopeful 9's! I sold them to my old LCS in Orlando for $55 each, I was kinda sad to let them go, but getting $220 for free during a Christmas vacation is well worth it! Now I can buy one back for $30-40 if I want!

Thanks for watching my content! If you're just starting out in the world of grading, I would recommend starting with SGC because there is no $150 membership fee :) And start small, meaning only submit 10-20 cards in your first few submissions. If you feel confident after those and enjoy the whole grading process, then I would start submitting to PSA. You will get the most resale value out of PSA. Hope that helps! LV

I assume u plan to sell these? If so, the profit margins just aren't there when using SGC. Even if u get the slightly higher grade by using SGC instead of PSA, the value is still lower...unless u plan to keep a card in your collection, I just can't justify using SGC when u r someone who does this as a source of income
But you watch my content, and know I use PSA for at least 95% of the cards I submit. If I were to only use SGC then yeah it wouldn’t make sense as a source of income. But using them for a few orders time to time is totally fine and healthy in my opinion, especially if their grading fees continue to drop. Not to mention their exceptional turnaround time scratches an itch that PSA can not 👍
