Hi, its the Nespresso Essenza mini, its the smallest machine that Nespresso makes so a small footprint for a small condo! I also have the milk frother which is optional.

Hey Mathew, the condo was great for us for 3 years and loved the downtown location. Since then we have moved to a house as we needed more space for the expanding family!
This will be my life soon :)
Hopefully my family can find the perfect home for us before we move there nxt year aug 2023.

Weird... This video popped into my feed and I recognized the name. Turns out your family owned down the beach from mine.. congrats on the condo living, my wife and I lived in a 567 sq ft condo in the lower mainland for a couple of years and it was really roomy if you were practical about it.
Hey Layne I totally remember you and Cale and Shane...small world! We recently sold this condo and have a little more square footage these days but the condo was really great for a number of years. Are you living in Van still these days?
@@ainsleygowervictoriarealestate Hi Ainsley, yeah I'm still in Metro Vancouver. We live in a 4 bedroom townhouse in Tsawwassen now. 810 sq ft two bed was too small for my wife and I and our toddler.

Whatever you do DO NOT study at the University of Victoria. Go to Camosun College instead. The University of Victoria is the WORST university in Canada. The instructors are very hostile and have very serious anger management issues.

Hey Vishal, we were getting about $1,800 a month a few years ago when we rented out this condo.
@@ainsleygowervictoriarealestate Wow, I hope you realize how lucky you are of living there, in my city a place like that will cost you around 2.5 to 4 monthly minimal salaries, and I'm not in the most expensive city. And as a curious fact, in Colombia is usual that families of 4 live in an space like that or even smaller.
