Он как Орфей из Нижнего Мира, чтоб напомнить, что жизнь тут не вечна и в тоже время она продолжается после смерти, если в душе есть любовь (не только к человеку). Но тоже по своему несёт крест, искушения. Заколдованный.
Надо же… 31 год, глаза горят, говорит, что лучшее время в его жизни. Так приятно смотреть на него таким. Сейчас только мудрость и усталость в его взгляде. Надеюсь вновь обретёт эту «живость». Люблю любым ❤️

I am so impressed and fascinated by Ville's personality... I've always felt through his lyrics that he is a deep and intellectual person, and together with all those melodies I simply plunge into some unique atmosphere of their music and songs, and whether I'm 11 or 23 it's still the same complex feeling being born inside, a kind of a phenomenal spiritual world away from mundane things. It is just wonderful how much he can say concerning various matters, and his flow of ideas touches upon what I've been pondering over for many years now. It is great to know he questions the issues of morality, spiritual love, art and loneliness of a sole individual in the universe as well as other complicated matters. I could listen to him speak eternally... I think Ville has a philosophical nature and it is certainly happiness to be able to talk to him and have some serious discussion instead of useless small talk or gossip that we get more often, unfortunately. Well, this video makes me happy enough to feel inspired and go on living in my world. Thank you so much for sharing!

I'm seriously respectful of this man's erudition. He's read a lot and he's thought over a lot. He's also lived through a lot. He's wise. I may not fully agree with everything he says but I respect his views and the experiences that led him to them. I also wish I could have a conversation with him. :)

When I was 14 I started off by just liking their music, now I am 24 and I still love them. I have forgotten/lost interest for most of the stuff I was listening to back then, but HIM is still with me. I dont listen them all the time, but I occasionally get back to them. And the only reason is that I have watched most of the Villes interviews on UA-cam (and trust me, there are tonnes of them) and i really like him for who seems to be through those videos. His character is a huge part of why i keep listening to the music, it is not just the melody for me anymore, it became much more then that... it is now mixed with respect and admiration. I wish he wrote a memory book, I would love to hear what he has to share and say on and about certain things. There is no other band that i have so much mental connection to. Sorry for a long post. :)

Then one youtube link after another had led me to this interview 🎆 Not easy to impress I feel the presence of a real person behind the stage charisma, someone with similar values and outlook on the dark side of life. Honestly I had missed out on a lot of HIM songs, led astray by struggles. Catching up, and this made my day. 🦇 Authenticity in pure and beautiful form 💕 I especially liked Ville’s take on writing without trying to please the audience, in uncensored state of grace... yeah his comments on books hit hard. Yes, he started this new project with a Finnish band Agents. Their first single "Orpolapsi kiurun" was released few days ago. The song is in Finnish and it's quite different stuff compared to HIM, but you could check it out!

Yes, he started this new project with a Finnish band Agents. Their first single "Orpolapsi kiurun" was released few days ago. The song is in Finnish and it's quite different stuff compared to HIM, but you could check it out!
