Almost an absolute perfect video! But does that include the inner seal as well, is it one complete assembly with both inner and outer or is that a separate part and if so, how do you replace that? That's the only piece I need :)

After swapping mine out on the passenger side the window has a hard time going up and down any clue why? And what I could do to help it
