I was not a great Elvis fan, but there was a lot to like about him. My musical tastes are Modern Jazz. I would have really have liked to see him perform live though. He will live as long as time itself. Quite amazing.

The original 50's Elvis by far. He had raw drive. So many times I've heard Elvis sing his old songs during his later years and had that throw away way of singing. If only he put as much of his talent he had in the newer material during that period as he used to when he was younger.
