Hey, tell me please if it's okay
During the meditation I was moving like a wave, not like in regular way but in very slower speed, I can feel the moving but I wasn't able to stop it and when I was returning back from the river bank to reality, I was completely frozen.
Is the whole experience make any sense or am I doing the meditation in wrong way...
Is it normal to see yourself in the 3rd person and as someone completely different?

I met two of my spirit guides. One was large, blackish/blue, strong and muscular, very straight to the point no nonsense energy. The other was more gentle, masculine, bird/angel like energy. He was white and blue. I thanked them for coming and communicating with me. I asked them for guidance and advice. I told them I didn’t want to be afraid anymore. I saw a dark entity. Gave off very sad energy. I went over to comfort instantly. My spirit guides told me whenever I feel sad or depressed I need to treat myself like I treated that entity. I need to treat myself how I’d treat a friend who was down. Be more of a friend to myself.

I tried and I see purple corks swirling. I don’t hear or see anything else. I do feel overwhelmed with love and calmness. Tears drip from my eyes. I suppose I just keep on trying . I would love to meet my guides and get their messages to me. Thanks for inspiring hope! 🙏🏼

Me, I see it as a very positive image, Purple is the color of spirituality. The flow of yours was blocked/stoppered/corked up, but now that energy is moving again. If this doesn't feel right to you, I still encourage you to relax. The cork imagery is a message that you will understand someday. I've had dreams and images appear that I didn't understand for decades. And, play with the image. Be one of those corks, or ride one/hang on to one. Stroke it to see if it tells you something. Interact with things in your meditations in ways we don't do in mundane life.

@@camrynjamcs For some it's meaningful signs & symbols, they can communicate directly through your thoughts. Pay attention to the music playing when you're out & about....they can use that to communicate. Pay attention to the conversations of others when you go about your daily life, the the fragments of conversations that others have as you pass them by can build meaningful sentences that answer the questions you ask your guides.
If you give someone permission to channel your guides (a channel / psychic / medium) they can directly verbally channel your guides.....or allow them to type you a message 😉

This was my first walk to my spirit guides. When I walked into the cave I felt a surge of happiness and warmth. I am adopted and went through an intense healing session with my younger self a few years ago. This time when I sat in the crystal chair I could sense many beings but I was holding a baby. I could see her face. She was beautiful. My child self ran up and sat in my lap and looked at the baby with me. I’ve also connected with my spiritual self. She is white and surrounded in gold. She watched over the three of us and kept repeating that she was always with me.
I kissed the baby and held her close. I wasn’t adopted until I was 6 months old. I think I was giving myself the love and kindness I never had in my first few weeks after birth.
It was so real. So peaceful. I think before I meet my other guides I must first reconnect with myself fully, and I’d never given any thought to my infant self.

This was so amazing. I felt the tears rolling down my cheeks as I found out my spirit guide is my own baby that I miscarried😭 I couldn't see her, (never knew the gender, but could feel that she was a girl) but I could feel her across from me saying Im here, always, to help you💙 I cant wait to do this meditation over and over, hopefully eventually being able to see her and communicate more.

i had an early miscarriage as well, and i get signs almost every day from my baby boy letting me know that he’s always with me. i don’t know if this would help you at all but it eases my mind to believe that he’s just too special to have existed in this world and is meant for higher purposes 🤍

I could feel my family’s unconditional love for me, it felt like they were projecting their positive energies towards me with their support and positive intentions. It was like I was being surrounded by a blanket of love and appreciation
Wow, I love some of the comments on here with others experiences. I will bookmark this one to try again. I did feel moments of joy, gratitude, and support, but no clear messages or dialogues. I know my guides are there, think in the form of like pale light amoebas that float in and out of the infinite space behind my eyes if that makes sense. I will keep practicing meditation so that hopefully one day I can go deeper, see or feel or hear them with more clarity💖.

I saw my grandparents who already passed away, they were across the river and wanted to say hi to me before I floated down the river. Inside the cave I saw Jesus and Mary Magdalene, they hugged me and she handed me a scroll. Then I floated up through an opening on top of the cave it was super bright and I went into the arms of Archangel Michael and his twin flame Angel Faith. I was a little child again and then they introduced me to my twin flame. He was little just like me. We spent a lot of time together and grew up together in size. Thank you 🙏 this was an awesome experience 💕

I’ve never felt anything like that before. I could hear, smell, feel, see everything like I was actually there. From the sounds of water dripping off the cave walls to the cool sand floor. There were 5 guides and four of them were animals and they gave me such much needed advice. I can’t thank you enough for this video ❤️

@@camrynjamcs You might vividly see and hear them as if you're speaking to someone in the physical, they might give you messages through symbols, you could just suddenly be overwhelmed with a specific emotion that leads to a revelation. There are many ways
Wow! This meditation was so immersive. I met several of my guides who came and went delivering messages about how I should be interpreting my life experience. They reminded me to avoid comparison and see people as souls rather than physical beings, to be grateful and soak in the beauties of life, to use my energy towards myself, and to be ready for good things always. On my way back i felt them physically supporting me, loving me, and rooting for me. I will definitely see them again and I will also see them through all angel numbers, specifically 3,4 and 7s.
One of my guides said “heavy are these days, lean into them & you will be lifted in love” as I relaxed into the crystal chair. He said it again as I left the cave. 💜
This was my first time truly connecting with my guides. There were two of them. A young soul with feminine energy & an old soul with very strong masculine energy. When they got there, he gave me the longest hug and was so happy to see me. It brought tears to my eyes.
I am so grateful for this. I didn’t want to leave them and I was so sad to. This has changed so much for me. Thank you.
My spirit guide was Victor Frankly and another modern psychologist who were holding my hand and telling me that I can do it and that I am loved and then I can move forward regardless of whatever circumstances I am in. A small crystal into my body I’m starting to work through pain that I am holding onto.
We all have a purpose. If we have a why we can bare any how. Our true selves are here right now.

I’m glad you posted this. Your thought crosses my mind as well from time to time when I see negative postings and reactions. I think a about the person who posted the comment and how it lands on the community and Jess. I love what you said and the couple replies so far. There will always be darkness and without it, there cannot be light. I guess we’re all in different places at different times and our connection opens us up to the abundance of light outside and within. I feel like my light is shining brighter today after this meditation. Love and Gratitude.

This was an excellent meditation. I’m generally not very visual but felt very immersed in this and so relaxed. In the crystal cave, my minds eye was immersed in swirling blue and gold and I thought for a moment I saw a figure. I felt safe, peaceful, and at ease, which is what I need right now. Thank you for the opportunity to connect.

I don't know if I'm the only one but, I felt a sense of lost and confusion sitting there alone. I started to cry with little or no control over it. I let it pour out and suddenly saw pink. I felt as if my spirit guides didn't feel I was ready to fully see them, but they wanted me to know I was loved and not alone. I felt their warm smile. As my tears fell I felt the tighness in my chest loosen. finally at the end of the time with them I felt my hands being held and a sense of security and strength wash over me. A deep pink hue. A hug. I don't know how else to describe it but something deep within my heart chakra feels that much more healed. I didn't want to leave, but I knew I had to. As I walked out, my tears ran down my body, but I know they were there watching me and making sure I had a safe return.
This was my first visit to the Crystal Cave & I met one but felt the energy of more. The one I met was my Grandfather who died 35 years ago. I always felt he was there but to see him again had me in tears. I didn't want to leave him but hearing him say how proud he is of me & his 3 beautiful Great Grandchildren I gave him has triggered more emotion than I have ever felt
This was my first time trying to contact my spirit guides and I have never felt more safe and happy in my life I felt so loved when I was in the cave I could feel my spirit guides energy and presence but couldn’t really see them, I could feel them holding me and hugging me I was in tears, I felt so loved and just so stress free.
Not my first time but I had a very similar experience. I feel so bright after doing this meditation, even brighter than the shiniest of dazzling diamonds.
This was my first time aswell and i felt the same couldn't see them very well but could feel them hugging me and placing there hands on Me I felt healing light being put through me and even felt like a crystal crown placed on my head ..I had a strong presence of a man kneeling in front of me the entire time holding my hand and I feel like his name was Neko . This was beautiful I am a bit un sure what my message was , I am going through so much trauma right now I think they just wanted me to heal ... I feel like a baby was placed in my lap at one point aswell im not sure if this was me as a baby or possibly a future grandchild .... Wow just wow 🙏💞🙌💫🕊♾️
I met 3 of my spirit guides, my grandad ,he a very patient energy and I asked him if he could call my nan in and she was behind me on the crystal chair putting her arm over my shoulder with her hand on my heart area ♥️ as a reassurance to ease my anxiety and told me that I need to start believing in myself and my spiritual gifts 🎁 😌 she made me feel at ease this guide🥺 ,they all at first had one hand on my shoulders 🙂 I was told to get crystals , they also said that I should be proud of what I've achieved in my heart

i agree that this meditation is strong. i saw one of my spirit guides it was a feminine one then the rest was white angels with their wings so big. my body was vibrating all through out the meditation, feeling that i was levitating, i felt having goosebumps, and warm feeling that i am floating. I clicked on this because I've SEEN that image in my dreams. I was in a circle of people made of light, just like that, and from their heads came that shining halo. I woke up with a feeling of euphoria.

Wow I’m new to this, but it was so beautiful!
I got to see a beautiful exotic world. A home that I had somehow forgot. My skin was a beautiful color of purple,pink and blue almost like the colors of the galaxy. I got to see so many beautiful people that were my family in the cave near by, off the riverbank. I had an eye placed between my brows that see so much energy and power. We were power! When I looked up at the top of the cave it was a beautiful sky of stars. My spirit guides/family all gathered around the fire as it sparkled and flickered like glitter. Kids ran around playing with smiles on their faces. My spirit guide to my left met me with a kiss, but it wasn’t a real kiss.. We met with the touch of our foreheads against one another’s. Her energy was so beautiful. It was so warm and soft. So much love without words. I was powerful and limitless almost god like. I had the power of everything in me that I need. I could heal! I was powerful! I was a goddess of wonders and no limitations. I am a beautiful goddess from another world. I was finally seeing me! My energy was like a beautiful colorful flame and radiated colors of purple, blue, pink and finally turned into white when we all made a circle and connected with hands. We lifted our heads to the sky and connected. The outside of our bodies were glowing with the same colors until it turned a beautiful white. Our skin glisten with glitter like diamonds when we disconnected our hands. I was a goddess and a powerful one at that. My world and people are so beautiful and limitless. I’ve never seen anything like that before. Thank you!

my guides were a garden fairy who kept emphasizing to eat plant based food lol and then my grandpa who died when i was 1. he never talks when i meet him as my spirit guide. he’s been my visible spirit guide twice now. perhaps it’s because i’ve never heard him speak before? he’s just there to comfort me.
my last spirit guide was my friend who passed away when we were 13. 10 years ago this year. he keeps telling me i need to tell his mom he said he loved her. i told him to enter my dream tonight and i’ll tell her. i didn’t want her thinking i was weird if i said i meditated it. he then took me to the scene of his death and that he was there standing by the paramedics when his body was taken. which is news to me because he was still medically alive when he got to the hospital. i never knew he was standing there. watching himself but with so much peace in his heart. he never cried.
Wow. This was my first time meeting my spirit guides and I truly had an amazing experience. I could see and feel everything. Once I was left alone a being with both feminine and masculine energy greeted me He was adorned in African dressings. I could feel that we were related he didn’t say much at first but he gave me a piece of clothing and shared many hugs until I broke down in tears immediately others started to appear and they brought me offerings of fruits and vegetables and gems. The first guide then started to telepathically reassure that all my fears and worries would go away soon and to hold on. They said “be strong, I believe in you, you are protected, you will be okay” I needed that. When I left I turned back to the crystal chairs and they were still there waving at me and telling me to continue on my journey and that I’m not alone. ❤️
I have suffered many years from Night terrors, depression, very high anxiety. I keep battling and enduring the obstacles on my path. Healing is a long journey and takes forever. I am in a better place now than I have been previous years.

I felt like floating, and I couldn't feel my body anymore, at some point I felt heat on my upperbody and heat in my right hand, goosebumps everywhere, another thing that I felt was an angry face coming out of me, like a demon that left my body, and I felt so much better and in peace ♥️ thank you for this meditation

I didnt see anyone but i felt someone next to me and put my head on his shoulder. When the bell rang i saw a man with a hat who had been sitting in front of me all the time i guess but then he left right after. When i was leaving the cave saw a dog that i havent seen before but i Petted him and the left too. Thank you! It was amazing!

I have been informed by many spiritual mystics, that I am an extremely ancient soul who has lived many lives upon the world. I can’t impress upon your mind enough how beautiful and powerful your truly are and to the depths of your power of your soul. I to highly recommend this video and touch base with your spirit guides, for they are the ones that whisper and connect with you each and every day to help work with you through these trials upon this world. That your soul has a connection to the afterlife your true home is a universal reality. I can’t recommend this video enough, a tune, oneself, and embrace the your eternal power.
The most beautiful and groundbreaking experience for me. I saw my uncle who had passed when I was about 2 years old and he now I believe is my guardian Angel/ guide. He just reassured me I was going to succeed and have a beautiful family and told me I was strong. I fully pictured him hold both of my hand while we sat in crystal thrones around a beautiful warm fire. I have never made a Connection so deep with anyone spiritually and left with tears rolling down my eyes and a warmth in my heart.
I would say this was my first experience and truly to be honest, I was in the moment exactly, the experience was so overwhelming that I was just in tears, my body was so shivering and so grateful knowing that I'm and my healing process, thanks you so much for this opportunity.

Warburton in the wonderful Upper Yarra Valley. So I replaced the tropical trees in the meditation with gum trees and I went right back there and it was just beautiful, my guides were so present with me and I was just filled with love and pure bliss. This is my go to most favourite meditation. Today especially I felt so close to 3 specific Guides. They were helping me with how I can deal with my empathy. I have a tendency to take on the feelings of others and it can overwhelm me. They gave me guidance on how to deal with this by allowing myself to feel with my heart then sending them Love straight to their heart. By doing this the energy of empathy I feel for the person is now with them. Sort of like giving a precious gift so then it belongs to them. This way I have now let go of the attachment because I have given it to them as a gift.

Omg....i thought my imagination wasnt going to be vivid enough for this meditation. I thought i wasn't really connecting properly, i only could sense one spirit guide when she was saying there would be a few...... then BOOM when she left for 10 mins it was clear as day, it was my father!!!! My father passed away when i was 9, im 33 now and he spoke to me clear as day!!!! The message was clear. The tears came pouring.... I even hugged him many times! Thia was an amazing experience!!!!
My guides told me to breath relax and don’t worry. Everything will be okay, I felt and saw again a big brown bear at my side protecting me. I felt so good and peaceful. I felt a lot of love and protection

The Bell scared the FREAK out of me making me jump and open my eyes, but i was able to say how grateful i was yo Talk with my guides, allthogh a few of them didnt speak much, i could feel their precence with me, thanks so much for helping me 💜💜

I'm in actual tears, it felt amazing to finally meet her. She told me to fill myself with light when no one else will and I felt her warm presence. This was an amazing experience.

I met three of my established guides: I believe one is the Orisha Oshun, the second is a pitch black silhouette of a woman, covered in stars, and the last one told me that he was there to help my wounded inner child. I'm still new to this, but I can't wait to see where this goes.
It’s called the dark mother! Some call her Mami Wata, some call her Kali Ma. She is known as the great dark mother, almost more blue than black. The healer, the power. Work with that energy they will heal you and help you!
I was joined and linked to my spirit guides and devine family. I floated out of my chair upward. I was like dancing and intertwining with them. I was told that they will freely send me information about whatever I want to know. I just have to ask them. I saw swirling lights of green, blue and violet. When I floated back down to my chair I felt so relaxed and loved. Joy filled my soul. My spirit guides name is Charlotte.
It felt very emotional. So safe but so emotional. Goosebumps everywhere ♥️

I always see an elderly Asian man with very long white hair and a long white beard. He has shown up in so many of my meditations! He wears a robe and looks kind of like a monk. Idk who he is but he’s always there! He’s so welcoming and radiates white light. I don’t think he has ever said anything to me, I just feel unconditional love and feel so at peace when he’s around.

I’ve met with my aunts & uncles whom I’ve never met before but have been constantly shown them selves in my dreams throughout my life , last but not least my grandpa showed up and I cried like a baby. We my only father figure growing up 🤍 thank you so much for this beautiful guided meditation.

I'm new to meditation and so this experience was definitely an interesting one. My dog came to me in the cave, as did a white, sparkly light figure who I felt was my mother. She stayed in the back while I cuddled and pet my dog who was my best friend, my rock. I think mom knew I needed my dog more than anything right now but she did tell me before I left that everything will be ok. I've been bawling ever since because I really needed to hear that 😭 thank you for this experience! I will be saving this video for sure
Never cried so much during a meditation tears gently flowed as I entered the cave; knowing I was no longer alone and feeling so much love and peace.Tears continued to flow knowing I had to leave and not wanting too😢 feeling grateful my guides filled my heart with love and knowledge. I didn't want to leave either. I finally saw & felt the touch of my Grandfather 35 years after he passed. I have never felt so much love & energy. This is the first time I cried during a meditation too
Same here I don't cry often and this was the best reason to cry. I feel so lucky to have gotten to see my grandparents again

After this wonderful experience and took a quick scan at the comments as I'm still catching my breath, I saw my clock on the screen says 12:12.
This was an amazing meditation. I didn't even read the comments, I was looking for a while different type of meditation and came across this, and it called to me. I had such a vivid experience that I wondered for a few hours whether I was having hallucinations, and began to get anxious because my mother has been going through mental health issues that her mother also had. Was I getting that way too? And then I sent the video to my partner and he said he had to stop reading the comments so it didn't affect his perception. I decided to read through and saw the comments about the blue/purple/pink beings with a bird-like energy and it totally blew my mind. The first two things I noticed after entering the cave was the being meeting me was a blue/purple entity that my mind automatically thought 'peacock.'
This is an incredible meditation that I've now sent to several people. Will be following closely
i met two of my guides, very strong male presence for both, strong but protective.
they gave me really good advice and to drink lots of chamomile?? i also smelt horlix which is a warm drink for bed i tried to let go of the hug but they didnt want too.

That was beautiful. As I swam down the river I entered the cave and sat on what was like a throne with all crystals around like the meditation said. As I was sitting I could see all these people walking past going out of the cave all different faces. At some point someone came and sat on another chair next to me. I don’t know who it was but they put their arms out towards me.

My friends came. I ask them, are we friends? I knew everything. My hands were burning. It’s like I was flying. I saw another life, on a another planet. I saw The skies.When the bell rang I literally cried. A weird feeling in my stomach. Like hurting so deeply in my tummy. I know I had to leave my friends that I know I would miss. Wow. So powerful. When I began to enter the cave during this meditation I was getting consistent goosebumps all over my body. It felt like a surge of energy almost like I was getting electrocuted. I have never felt this before? Not to this intensity.

No one was in the cave with me. My cat did start meowing loudly when I was suppose to see or meet them. When the bell run at the end I had a shutter flow over my whole body and my eyes watered. I saw...a bow( like bow and arrow). Just a bow. That was my experience.
