Grain Full fibre Gaming packet loss

It's minor, but it's there.
500mb package
Speeds are perfect, 550 up 550 down.
Latency is solid but packet loss is a problem.

Did you make sure to get a static IP from them because grain does not provide you with Static IPs and you need to get one from them separately.😊
