I love the look of these PopStroke and Tiger Woods designed courses, all of them are a little bit trickier than they first appear to be, this particular course does appear to be the easiest one that I have see being played on, although that takes nothing away from the 3 great holes in one you all had, very well done to Corrie for finally escaping from that struggle bus, even Hannah's round of being only 3 over par was a very good score for any of these particular courses
Thanks Lee. We have watched a lot of videos of PopStroke and got a general idea of how best to play the course, and I think that helps us. Also, this black course is probably a little easier than the red course. We will have a 2nd video from the red course in Orlando in the coming weeks and we didn’t score quite as low on the Red Course. I do agree that they are making the latest courses a little more difficult and taking away a lot of the back door paths to holes.
I think also, because it’s Orlando, they want more throughput. There are a lot of easy holes at Winter Summerland in the Disney estate, too, for that reason. I did find myself thinking that it didn’t look as complicated as Ft Myers (only TW I’ve played at), even the cub course. Fewer bunkers (though the bunkers here were enormous). I was always really nervous putting on the Popstroke course. Tee shot okay, and then all of a sudden it felt like it mattered more, putting. It was weird.
@@NCFamilyof3 I don't like some of the courses I have seen being played in different youtube video's because those courses are way too hard, it's not much fun and not worth the cost of playing them, yes make some holes challenging but not almost impossible. The designers of these new courses need to have a balance between easy, middling and challenging holes, not have courses that are at maximum difficulty all round, or courses that are really easy as that's not much fun either
Corrie rockin' it! Not sure I like the new scoring mode, but it still gets the job done. These TW PS courses are excellent regardless! P.S. Nice shades, Hannah!
Are Tiger Woods courses more expensive to play? Looks to be a really fast course. Congrats on starting out with a hole in one! It is a beautiful course. Very well maintained. The electronic scoreboard is pretty cool! Without the roll backs scores would have been a lot higher. Congrats to Corrie for the win 😊
Well, it depends on how many rounds you play. It’s $25 for unlimited play. We played 2 rounds so it was only $12.50/ per round. We’ve played 3 rounds on previous visits so it was only $8.33/ round in that scenario. Good point about the roll backs. They’ve changed the more recent setups at new PopStrokes to extend the rough on the backstops into a flat area to reduce ability to roll back.
We’ve used that term before we heard of Brooks, but I’ve heard Brooks say it quite a bit also. Probably reinforces our use of it since we hear it in his too. 😂
Wow, such an *amazing course,* it is really too bad that Tiger himself does not show once in a while to check on his investment. The scores were really great too for never playing this course before, I think Corrie's new name should be *The Silent Tigress Woods Assassin,* she was on her game for sure. Gary and Hannah did a great job too.
Thanks Kevin. I’m wondering how often he checks in with these courses. They do a great job keeping up with maintenance of these courses, I noticed several tee boxes have already been replaced since last year’s visit.
What I think about the Tiger Woods concept is awesome.
Cool sunglasses Hannah 😎
Awesome video 👏👏

Thanks MisterG!
I’ve played both courses at the Fort MYers Popstroke. Going to Florida again this December, and looking forward to playing the new Sarasota courses
Awesome. We are looking forward to PopStroke opening in Myrtle Beach next year! That will be much closer to us.

Caught your Brooksism again :) struggle bus

Just figured out how you are scoring. Got confused for a minute.
My mum got -6 at Ft Myers
Awesome. Yea, we decided to score in relation to par to change things up.
I hope you were all wearing SPF 50
Yes, we did actually. 👍
