ESOP ka matlab "Employee Stock Ownership Plan". Yeh ek type ka employee benefit plan hota hai jismein company apne employees ko company ke shares ya stock options provide karti hai. Ismein employees ko company ke shares ya stock options discounted rates par ya free mein milte hain, jisse jab company grow hoti hai to employees ko bhi fayida hota hai.
