A three-day study visit to Tornedalen (The Torne Valley) in August 2022. Visits to Leader projects and other attractions and sites, to sample Tornedalian and Sami culture and entrepreneurship. A collaboration project between Leader areas Tornedalen 2020 and OHTL from Germany.
