- आज इस वीडियो में, Dr. Supriya Puranik (Test tube baby consultant and gynecologist at Sahyadri Hospital, Pune) हमें डिलीवरी के समय होनेवाले पांच महत्वपूर्ण complications के बारे में जानकारी देने जा रही है।
ऐसा देखा गया है की कभी कभी डिलीवरी होने के बाद कुछ जटिलताएं उत्पन्न हो जाती है इसको medical terms में abnormal puerperium कहा जाता है। सामान्य तौर पर डिलीवरी के ३ महीने बाद यानी के १२ हफ्तों में puerperium धीरे धीरे delivery के पहले जो normal स्थिति थी उसमे आने लगता है। लेकिन किसी cases में कुछ complications आने की वजह से यह हो नहीं पाता। इसके कारण अलग अलग हो सकते है जैसे की -
डिलीवरी के पश्चात कभी कभी बोहत ज्यादा रक्तस्त्राव होता है जिसे हम PPH (Postpartum hemorrhage) कहते है। जब डिलीवरी होने के बाद जब बोहत ज्यादा रक्तस्त्राव होता है उसे हम secondary PPH कहते है। इसके कारण हो सकता है की placenta का कुछ part गर्भाशय में रह जाता है जिससे bleeding होती है। रक्तस्त्राव होने का एक कारण यह भी हो सकता है की गर्भाशय की अंदर की परत infect होती है, यह रक्तस्त्राव डिलीवरी के पहले महीने में होता है।
डिलीवरी के बाद दूसरा complication होता है जिसे puerperal pyrexia जिसमे डिलीवरी के बाद १२ हफ्तों में बोहत तेज बुखार आता है।
इस बुखार का प्रमुख कारण हो सकता है uterine infection या स्तन का infection। जब कभी breast abscess होता है जिसमे अगर हम अपने स्तन को छूते है तो बोहत ज्यादा दर्द होता है। बुखार का तीसरा कारण होता है urinary infection।
एक complication ऐसा भी होता है की pelvic region में clotting होने लगता है कभी यह एक पैर में होता है तो कभाई दोनों पैरो में, अगर आपको ऐसा कोई दर्द सता रहा है तो आपको तुरंत किसी एक्सपर्ट की राय लेनी चाहिए। डिलीवरी के बाद महिलाओंकी mental health में बदलाव आता है इसे postpartum blues कहा जाता है जिसमे आपको अपने मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर अधिक ध्यान देने की जरुरत होती है।

postpartum depression is quite common among new moms, the intensity and ability to cope up with the daily chores are highly challenging. Emotional imbalance and mood swings are very common.
1) Take a break from daily chores for minimum 30 minutes and spend time for yourself. (2) Accept the reality and try to focus on enjoying child's little movements and happiness.
