Solid video! Gopro bar mount video is lookin proper! 2WHEELAUDIO ALLLLLL DAY! Plex is a good system and the pricing is little more rider friendly but the investment is more of a return with the 2wheelaudio. Diamond Audio is a slightly more improved speaker system over Rockford Fosgate. 2wheelAudio utilizes Diamond Audio and is using Marine Grade speakers so you can wash your bike while jamming out. I'm running their 4 channel speaker system (2 speakers and 2 tweeters) and the sound quality is AMAZING. Ran it from California to Texas 90+ and the sound was CRISP and never had any issues not hearing my music. My vote all day is 2wheelAudio. Cheers!
ConnorFXDB thanks brother. Been running into some issues with my 360 camera I normally have on the bars so I’m glad the hero 4 turned out aight! I do like the mounting aspect of the 2wheelaudio and being able to play music while washing my bike is a must. I spend a lot of time cleaning this dyna. 😂😂😂 Thanks for supporting the channel brother and giving the video a watch. Ride safe brother.
I had Plex Audio 2.0 on my ‘08 Dyna FXDB. I did upgrade the speakers from the Rockford Fosgate to Memphis since I blew it but it was pretty loud. However, I am thinking of doing 2Wheel Audio next year when I get another Dyna.
By the way, I made the mistake of unloading a bike that had too much nostalgia and sentimental value, and I’ve kicked myself every day. I found my old bike, but he’s not ready to sell it back to me, so it’s gut wrenching. Don’t ever get rid of yours. Just put it in the corner of the garage and grow your fleet. Don’t part with sentimental man.
I persoanlly tried many speakers on my bike. Nothing compares to the sound of speakers in your helmet. You simply can't hear clear sound music at high speeds.. I ended up taking them off and using plugphones on my 3/4 helmet. On my full face I use my communicator speakers.
I have plex audio on my 2020 fxbb. I have stage 2 torque cam and stealth pipe. Even when I'm blowing down the freeway doing 100+ mph, I still can hear the music clearly. I also like how plex looks behind the fairing compared to 2wheelaudio.
I’ve been doing research on these as well and I’m on the fence, because i have the shockwave in my Ruroc. So like you said it’s not a necessity. But I think if I’m gonna drop the money on something that expensive, I would go with the 2 wheel audio
Yeah man. I was torn for a while but I’ve been enjoying my Plex since I made the decision. 2 Wheel makes a great product though and their response time is excellent.
I have a Plex Audio 2.0 Marine Grade on my FXLRS with a JD Customs T-Sport fairing. I run Thrashin Supply 8" Straight Risers with gauge relocation. The fit is VERY TIGHT. The speaker grills are flat on the front instead of rounded so that helps but the back of the gauges do touch the grills. I was trying to go with 2Wheel Audio since they're local to me and the product seems top notch but they have terrible communication. You stated that you'd like good customer support but if it takes 1 month for them to finally respond to an inquiry, how do you think their support would be? I tried calling (3 times), emailing (twice), DM'ing on Instagram and commenting on their posts just to get a response but nothing so I ended up buying the Plex. The sound is good and you can turn it up LOUD. I wear a Schuberth C3 Pro modular with the lid flipped up around the City and I hear it good. On the freeway with the lid down and the shield closed all the way I can turn it up and still hear it while doing 90mph. At 50 years old I still listen to my gangster rap so I'd like more bass but with these smallish speakers, it is what it is, haha! One thing that nobody talks about though is how it affects your bike. With my set up the Plex mounts to about the middle of my windshield, which is a 14". Rollin around the City just cruisin' you can feel how top heavy your steering is, meaning that if you're going slow and you start to turn, your bars will turn faster because of the weight. You get used to it but it does take some getting used to. Other than all of that, I'd say get the Plex!!! BTW, my IG is jasondeezy and so is my UA-cam but I hardly post on YT. Maybe that'll change...
Plex has the edge on price. You can also get Marine grade speakers as an upgrade . 2WA has the edge on performance and build quality. Their 4 chan system for the roadwarrior is made to fit thst fairing like a glove. I also think they (2wa) have the superior warranty but they are more expensive.
So I have a 2020 softail street bob fxbb, I'm trying to find out what fairing and audio speaker system I should look for. Would either the plex audio or 2wheel audio work with my bike? im new the game.
What about the Kuryakyn Road Thunder? I know it wasn't an option but I've been thinking about picking one up for my FXFBS after watching John Maxwell's review of it. It's a little more basic than the two systems you're looking at. It seems like it's still a great addition to a bike at less of a cost vs the other two.
I do like that sound bar as well and it does sound really good in person. Heard it on Johns bike a few months back and was surprised with the amount of power those smaller speakers had.
I have the road thunder plus and after 2 years it just quit also the sound was good but 55 mph and faster it’s very difficult to hear and clearly. Very distorted.
Big thumbs up to you man I ride a Dyna Wide Glide myself thought about moving up to a Street Glide just can't part with it though keep safe catch you later
The M8 is a great engine but I had to change the full exhaust, tune it, swap the air cleaner and swap the cams to make it actually sound like a Harley, keep your 103 for sure, I had a 2013 Wide glide with short shots before this and it sounded so mean!
Sarge I have to be honest wouldn't a sound system in your helmet be better? No distortion at 8 mph or 80 mph and it might be cheaper. When you ride another bike you just take your music with. You made a good point on keeping your ride financially once your in so deep the right decision is to keep her. I dropped a lot coin on a 2019 ultra limited and after some modes like suspension, LED lighting all over a stage one and the interest rate on that loan I'm into her to much. Ride safe
Rodney Barcus Audio through the Cardo Bluetooth communicator sounds great. Only reason why I’m considering is because when I’m paired with the kids, we have to choose if we want music or to talk back and forth. The speaker would make it so we get both at the same time. It really something that is needed but it would be fun to install.
One reason some riders shy away from helmet speakers or earbuds is fear of permanently damaging our eardrums because of the volume we like to hear our music.
I accidnetly unpaired My plex 2.0 on my dyna and now it wont show up on any device when i Bluetooth search to connect.. I cant find any trouble shoots or solutions to fix anywhere
I have a Plex on my Lowrider S I love it sounds great mounting bracket could be a little Bit stiffer other than that 90 miles an hour no problem here in it
I think 2 Wheel audio is not available anymore the website does not even work.
I'm retired army from cali, currently living and riding on Oahu. I went with 2 wheel audio 4 way speakers
Did 4 years out there on Oahu and damn do I miss it. Enjoy the riding out there man. How you liking your 2WA?

I ran Plex audio but guys in my group run 2 Wheel Audio and their set ups are a lot louder
Really? I would really like to hear 2WA as well.

Absolutely man. Im holding onto this dyna. It would be cool to one day pass it on down to one of the kids.
I persoanlly tried many speakers on my bike. Nothing compares to the sound of speakers in your helmet. You simply can't hear clear sound music at high speeds.. I ended up taking them off and using plugphones on my 3/4 helmet. On my full face I use my communicator speakers.
ironmerv really appreciate that insight brother.
I’ve always heard good things about Plex but I don’t have any personal experience with either one. Good luck and a great vid!
Big Smitty Riding Plex is grabbing the market for sure.

The 2WA system does look like it fits behind the road warrior fairing much better, but the price and simplicity of the look with the Plex got me. 😂
@@MOTOSARGE yeah man. The difference in price can easily pay for upgraded cams and lifters.
@@DeuceVideoHD I like the way you think brother.
Do you know if the 2wa will fit a krator tsport fairing??
So I have a 2020 softail street bob fxbb, I'm trying to find out what fairing and audio speaker system I should look for. Would either the plex audio or 2wheel audio work with my bike? im new the game.
I love your bars what are they bro, I woudl like that, my stock T drag bars on Sodtail are 8" rise, what is that
Which gopro chin mount are you running?
Where's your high viz vest?

@@granitegreg7883 mine failed in less than 2 years, on my Road King with windshield it was OK @ 70 mph+
I have the new mtx wonder bar and you can’t hear it in the freeway

Thanks for watching again Sir!

Well guess the pressure is on now brother. 🤣
Freedom 👍👍customer service for the win .
‘MERICA! 👍👍🇺🇸
To be 100% honest a lot of the Dynabros out there swear by the Plex Audio, so I'm gonna have to say the Plex Audio lmao
SquidSquatch that’s why I’m thinking about going against the grain and grabbing 2wheel. Love being slightly different. Lol.
@@MOTOSARGE Being different is always nice, as long as it sounds good for the price it should be mint lol
Hahahaha.

Will either of those mount on a 2010 dyna with the speedo on the top bar clamp ? With an exact match Memphis shades Road Warrior.
I suggest road glide 😂😂😂
You would brother! LOL.
Only if ur into shitty road sofas
I need to stop by Maxwells. Give him some support
He is a busy man over there for sure!
I accidnetly unpaired My plex 2.0 on my dyna and now it wont show up on any device when i Bluetooth search to connect.. I cant find any trouble shoots or solutions to fix anywhere
Got a plex on my Roadking I like
Hell yeah brother! 👍🇺🇸

Great video. I need to look at these companies in case I pick up a second bike.
Ty from Tennessee thanks for watching Ty! Ride safe brother.
Somehow my bell got un-ring. It’s lit up now.
Dang UA-cam. Lol. Thanks for hitting that 🔔 brother.
What fairing are you rolling with? Looking to put one on my bike and really like yours.
I’m running the Memphis Shades Road Warrior Fairing with their 15” smoke windshield. 👍
@@MOTOSARGE yeah I had a few minutes to check out your channel and seen some of your upgrades. Loving the channel big sarge.
Great morning to you sarge
