Why must the president resign?
Whatever was going on is what the elected mps must do. They vote on Bills for or against. What the people did is anarchy and not permitted in democratized space.
This people are not telling me not telling Kenyans the truth!

Whatever was going on was not what the MPs must do. MPs in Kenya must represent their constituents, meaning more than 50 percent win the side they vote for. What the yes MPs did was anarchy. What the president did on proposing the bill without listening to the people he represents was anarchy. It’s not shocking that repeated anarchy gets retaliation at some point. But if we are going to talk of anarchy, let’s talk about it and not the reaction it receives. Also, Kenya has a democratised space and not a democratized space.
FYI, mps are representative of the people and not the boss, they are just a mouth piece of the citizens they represent, they ought to have listened to the ground and voted with their constituency in heart not through their stomach (2 million we here from juja mp koimbori).
They failed the people they ought to represent and therefore have and thus not eligible to represent the same citizens they failed to represent.
