dm_king See above I just felt like commenting it. To be fair tho, it was hypocritical of me to say who asked for your reply, however the point still stands that the guy just felt he wanted to put his opinion out there - nobody asked him and nobody needed to. For example, if somebody sees a movie or plays a game they ended up disliking or felt underperformed, they may decide to complain to others, for any number of reasons from them having to vent to just needing something to use for conversation. You do need to be ASKED for your opinion, you can just give it.
Normally infographics tends to be subtly anti-death penalty but this one seems to make a pretty strong argument against people being allowed to spend a long time in prison.
I read a book about this. Beside Linwood Earl Briley and James Dyral Briley, the other 4 escapees were Lem Davis Tuggle, Earl Clanton Jr., Willie Leroy Jones and Derick Lynn Peterson. They escaped because an inmate they looked up to named Frank James Coppola was executed in Virginia's electric chair in 1982.
My step mother’s brother, wife and son were some of the victims of the Briley Bothers. My step mother is still affected by their deaths. I had a conversation with my father a few years, and he told me although he loved crimes shows, he had to block The ID channel and other crimes shows/networks because he didn’t a want a documentary or any show about the Briley Brothers to come on one day and upset my step mom.

So little people get the death penalty and they remain so many years before their death, I don’t know if that many determined criminals would be deterred by it.
Sometimes I hear the story of criminals and think they were so intelligent and capable that they could of done anything in life had they gone to a different path.
I personally knew these brothers. They deserved the electric chair and thats what they got. Cold blooded savage killers. Anthony didn't get the death penalty cause he never actually killed anyone.
Prison smarts that's all. Little else to think about sat in a cell all day long. If they were smart they would have understood that doing stuff that would end up being locked away for years or executed was not smart.
Michael frees his brother on the last day of his execution, michael protected the nurse. Mmm the making of prison break was inspired by this master piece.
The best part of this story is that within 5 years every single one of the inmates involved in the escape conspiracy was dead by the hand of the state and the courts basically force marched them into the death house.
Telling hardened criminals with nothing to lose that the place they're being sent to is escape proof is tantamount to the idiocy of the guy who founded LifeLock putting his Social Security number up on all the firm's trucks. You say to them "it's escape proof",the criminals snort and respond with "hold my beer"
