Triple triple bonus poker would probably be the highest volatility game, followed by triple double bonus poker. 9/6 JoB lowest volatility followed by 8/6 or 8/5 bonus poker
I've noticed when I opt for an outside straight, the game seems to offer the choice much more often afterwards. Are the machines allowed to learn my decisions and then capitalize on them?
Are there tutorials that can be purchased for an iPhone or expected return cards to take with you. I’m in my 50’s and consider myself a well versed player but if I can get an extra percent or two by practicing and knowing everything I need to know about a certain game I would be interested in buying such tutorials
We sell the video poker software she mentions in her video - www.americancasinoguidebook.com/video-poker-software.html Also, we have some FREE video poker strategy charts that you can print out and take with you to the casino - www.americancasinoguidebook.com/video-poker/free-video-poker-strategy-charts.html
The best odds in the casino are poker tournament if you're skilled and the sports book if you have deep knowledge of the sport. Everything else is going against you so you might as well have the most fun. Video poker is cool but it gets old quick. If I'm going to blow money, I'll take blackjack or craps.
With 100$ and 50 cent hands u could play literally all night, or u could walk away up 20 bucks. Not sure how that is blowing money compared to a table game with a minimum bet of 10-25$ depending on the time of night and it’s quite normal to lose 5 hands in a row to a 1:2 payout.
I find in Video Poker you are not challenging a dealer or other players. You are challenging the odds. E.g the probability of getting a queen if you throw away 3 cards and get a 3-of-a-kind.
Just like in the last video she keeps saying that your money "lasts longer" playing a low volatility game. This is incorrect. If you start with $100 on a Jacks or Better game or a Double Double game with the same exact payback and play until you have $0 left 1,000 times, both distributions of time played will have the same mean, but the Jacks or Better sessions will be more closely clustered around the mean while the Double Double distribution will be more widely spaced out with some significantly shorter sessions and some significantly LONGER sessions. The expectation for both is the exact same. Obviously, risk of ruin will be higher (especially if you are playing without an appropriate bankroll, but you shouldn't be in the first place.) Please stop saying your money will last longer. This is mathematically 100% incorrect. How long your money lasts and risk of ruin are not the same thing and what she's saying is misleading. Obviously, I don't recommend playing until you have $0 every time you play but I needed an example 😂
@@Gambleraddictz There is actually some very good information that they share on this channel for those new to gambling. It’s quite simple brother. Hold jacks or higher. Hold pairs. Hold 4 card straight/flush. It’s a casino so be prepared to lose but with the rtp and basic strategy if u don’t win it will drain your money very very slowly compared to a slot or other game in the casino

I just calculated triple bonus, it pays more for strait flush and 4 aces ad 4 234s, but it pays 8 for house and 5 for flush, double, double bonus, very volatile but best odds.
How to EASILY find the highest vp games. Is she really suggesting walking up to every machine and comparing pay tables is the easiest way. I think there’s a website detailing where the full pay machines are in each casino, if in fact that casino even has one… usually in the high stakes area, or in way off strip casinos your average tourist doesn’t frequent.
Excellent advice and I've ordered your book. Any insights out there for finding casinos that have the higher return video poker games? I have heard 9/6 is very hard to find.
There's websites, you can also ask gamblers or best choice just check every machine. But there is a site where people go and talk about the best machines
I cant find 9/6 pay tables anymore and 9/5 is pretty rare at this point. But basic slots in the two places I frequent AC and Vegas are down to 90% RTP (on average) so I will take the 98.45 for when I need to get some slot play in.
@BrettsCorner92 unfortunately, no not at all lol. That 100%+ payback is after millions of spins, anything can happen in the short run. Especially since those games are also incredibly volatile
The issue with video poker is that it is a computer program. It only appears that each card in a 52 deck has equal probability of being selected. However, if the program is coded to select the cards that will not make you a winner, then it will select the losing cards for you 100% of the time if that is what it is coded to do. The machine's program is coded to allow only a certain amount of winners. ( I am speculating, but that is probable if it is a coded program) Video poker is still luck based at the end of the day if you know anything about coding. So video poker will still allow some winners, but if you are going to play poker where you want your skill to be the greatest determining factor on whether you win or not, it is best to play at a physical Poker table with physical cards.
@@TheJackpotGents Okay. Lets use random results. How can a gaming inspector be sure that the results or cards drawn are random? Just because they appear random doesn't mean they are. Unless you are using physical cards. The only way to be sure than every card drawn is random for every play is to inspect every line of code written in the game's program. And I doubt that is what inspectors do. They inspect the results. I'm not saying that it is definite that games using computers are rigged. I am saying it is a possibility. So if you are looking to win using your skills, computer based games are not the way to go. Unless your skill is card counting. (But even then, the computer can still select unfavorable cards for you using the remaining cards if it doesn't want you to win that hand.)
@@mystrreos If you know what inspectors are looking for, you can code your games to pass regulations even while being rigged. The only way to know exactly what a program is doing is to go in and read every line of code. (Which could be hundreds of thousands + lines of code) I am not saying that all video games are rigged, I am saying that it is definitely possible/probable. So if you want to use your skills to win it would be better to use a physical table with physical cards. No doubt about it.
@@thayopowell1067 The test would be a statistical test - not a code examination. Let the program deal a billion hands and every card should appear approximately 1/52 times, or .0192. If any card appears a statistically significant amount more than or less than that value, the machine is not randomly generating the "cards".
Not that complicated. Video poker has the best odds for the gambler when compared to slot machines. Like you said, skill is involved and increases your chances of winning. I prefer double double bonus.
