What we need:
1. Inkjet printable PVC Sheets
2. Inkjet printer (EPSON L800 is used in this tutorial.)
3. Lamination Machine
4. Sheet Cutter or Scissors
5. ID Card Cutter

Yes you can use L805. There will be no problem. At least for us there has never been any issue.

Does it fade easily with inkjet instead of using pigment ink?
On our experience what we have found is if the paper is stored in cold and damp place before using it fades faster. Also experiment with different brand papers. Some works better than others.

is it the same type of pvc that you printed the design on that is later inserted between before laminating?
No it's non printable pvc sheet which is inserted in between. It's cheaper supporting sheet.

I have a Cannon MX-922 that uses a double ID card j tray. My ID cards are printing with half the image on one card and the other half on the next card. The image is also off centered. Can you help me with this matter?

It's not the sublimation ink. It's the default ink of the printer.

It's same as epsion L800 Just make sure you select suitable printer setting as per your printer.

Is it advisable to laminate both sides 4 times?
Depends on how much heat you are using. 4 time might damage. You can do trial and error method. Which ever gives best result for you do that.
it will work on printer like HP Deskjet f2420? it have model 300 HP cartidge and it have very bright and nice color , additionally it have hight resolution colors

Hello there, I use Epson l805 to print on dragon sheet but the original ink spreads over it. What could be the possible reason? Will be grateful if you could help me with this.
Please try different printer settings Like mate and plain paper. Also if the paper has been stored for long time in cold or damp place that can cause the problem. Dry one sheet of paper on sun or with hair dryer and try. But this can cause curling of paper. So watch that out.

@@faiqzamir L800 on L805 are similar printer. We have used L800. Those mentioned above are the problems we had with dragon sheets.
Please check out with your paper supplier some times they have the solution.

It depends on how much are you willing to pay for a card. If money is not an issue then Evolis printer is much better, flexible, easy and fast.

how to prevent bubbles from occuring?
Make sure there there is no air between sheets by pressing with finger downward slowly. Also laminate on optimal heat setting.
