My favourite part of any workout is when there's some like heavy rap song and Michelle just gets into it and repeats the words, like "yeeeah, we're gonna turn it up today! Are you turning it up at home?" It makes my day every time. Love it! x

It’s not always a big or super intense something, but it’s something and it goes a long way. As always, thank you & crew for another great workout! This is one of my top fav body weight classes 💜
