    My favourite part of any workout is when there's some like heavy rap song and Michelle just gets into it and repeats the words, like "yeeeah, we're gonna turn it up today! Are you turning it up at home?" It makes my day every time. Love it! x

    I’m 6 months postop and I have missed doing your workouts! Wow that was SNEAKY hard, I love when you do two round workouts because it goes from strength to mental endurance!! Thank you!!!! 🎉

    This workout was amazing, just what I really needed! I have been slacking off on my workouts the last few weeks, so it took me an hour to finish and I had to use modifications, but I did it! Thanks to you and your crew for another wonderful workout ❤❤❤!!!!!

    Every time I’m having a day when I’m just not feeling my best or just feeling extra tired and think that I’m not going to workout I hear YOUR voice in my head saying “consistency is key” & “even the little things add up” & it just gets me in the right head space to do something. It’s not always a big or super intense something, but it’s something and it goes a long way. As always, thank you & crew for another great workout! This is one of my top fav body weight classes 💜

    Good one, nice and sweaty! Wish the UA-cam abs would keep coming up throughout, though! Don't know why that is happening all of a sudden! 7-12-24
