(For example Google: plastic lace lanyard craft) so once they get these bends the cord will wind up in itself starting from the center of the bend and these loops created by the bends are quite annoying. Wish i could share pic of my earphones .

The schematics for the plug you are using, do you have a link? Is the green connected to the tip or to the sleeve? (TRRS) I have concluded the following counting from the bottom; The tip is green, then red, then ground and the upper i:e Sleeve is blue. Is this correct?

1- Black
2-golden
3-golden + black
4- golden + Tip Black
What about if the little metal thing is bended,because my phone fell and it landed on the earphone head Jack thing.

Cut the 3.5 mm jack and solder it again with soldering iron.

It's a common problem with earphone which has volume controls. You need to reconnect the wire in volume controls
