Hello ! Thank you for your hard work as always in these vlogs ! I had a very nice time watching it 😊 The brown keyboard is a good match with your desk and your breakfast was healthy - could be even more by switching the mayonnaise for maybe cream cheese or just a little bit of olive oil but is already good, better than just a toast with butter for example. And you had bran bread, that's great ! Toasts with eggs are my favourite, I use german rye bread (dark brown bread), it has some grains in it so it's a bit crunchy as well 😄I've never seen mayonnaise being cooked as you did, like in replacement of oil to sauté vegetables 😲I will try but I think your mayonnaise is different from western mayonnaise... The plates were nice too ! It's unusual for me to see plates with french written on them, my favourite was the oval one you said you would use for dinner. They all match specific times and meals so it's like you're set up for the whole day ! 😁 Your dinner was very appetizing ! I thought about doing okonomiyaki to use up cabbage in the fridge but your stir fry looks nice, I may do that instead actually ! I just need to make mayonnaise 😅I will replace the ham with something else, maybe tofu... Also, I can't find salted kelp where I live... Could I replace it with salt and kelp ? The sweet potato rice looks perfect for Fall. And i want to try making the cabbage with egg dish but with a vegan egg substitute (since I can't have eggs). Back when I used to eat eggs, I loved putting some Tapatio hot sauce on top of the egg. It goes really well with avocado too; I used t mix it into smashed avocado as well. I don't know if you can find Tapatio where you are; it's a Mexican American company.
