basically, i read the novel, first 5 secs are a bunch of craptalk that are hateful and ignorant towards the storyline and next 42 continues this trend, i didnt watch further, he got born with the spiritual wish of his super powerful mother and aunt to give a world to him, been born so strong that if something was to put him in overly emotional state, he could end the world in spite of like,.... 1.5 second (thats how long it takes for him to cast the spell) so she truly indeed altered his persona (fried brain LOL? ) to rid him of strong emotions that could fog his judgemenet or decisions, such as strong hate or strong love, tho he still has friends, can be amused, teased or be teasing, can feel gratitude etc, BUT she left him one emotion, that got amplified by the fact that its his only strong emotion, and that is his fraternal love for his younger sister, who as we learn SPOILER ALERT later, was prenatally magically genetically modified to be kinda the perfect girl u can imagine + her genes also make her crazy strong, and she holds a magicla seal burdening her mind (which she doesnt even feel due to how strongshe is, and gets even stronger and freer to cast magic after he (the brother) decides he gonna releasethe seal off himself and her) also acting as his safety pin, so yeah he acts as her bodyguard bcs,...well yeah who else to protect her, hes the strongest in the world also dead-rational and if she was to die he would destroy the world in rage of it ridding him of the one thing he holds dearest (paraphrasing whats lit written in the story), basically the children were born for each other to be safe nad happy in the post WW3 magical adn technological world. long after his mother dies when they were still young, the fact that shes a gen-modified is revealed to them by their aunt so their physically pure yet undoubtedly sibling complexes turned into a happy engagement, well, she kinda love him heterosexually but he sayshe needs some time bcs well,...hes unable to love and his love towards her is purely fraternal, but hell eventually probably come around after a while (lol it takes years after and the story still didnt get that far as to make em do it :D, and the story continues on and follows their lives even after they live the high school, (which is the name of the original and base story line for this aka Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei) for me this is the best thing i ever read (liked it even more than GoT or Witcher or the likes) oh, and yeah i cauht that one phrase, no he cant resurrect the dead, he can repair theyre body if it wasnt damaged for longar than 24 hours but cant return the dead as long as as he says the "life" leaves their body, and so ladies and gentlemen i rest my case, havent watched the video past second 47, but neither i care to
The Irregular at Magic High School. This series was totally slept on and under-appreciated. Of course, Netflix jacked the release a decade ago too. They didn't even have all of the episodes of the first season at the time, so tons of narrative was missed. Tatsuya is actually really dope.
I am mad they did have all the series. The back story is completely missing. They did a season 2.
Tatsuya is srsly op but I wasn't aware of all of his backstory as shown here. Good stuff!! That snap scene is branded
@@acekaawa9892 I don't think so. It was like that when it first hit the service. If they cancelled it, it's because of their mistake costing it views. We basically started the series in the middle of the story. It was a worse US launch than Trigun on Cartoon Network 20 years ago lol Talk about botching a release and ruining an actually good show 😩
@@dbalynne Yeah, this showed me things I never knew were a part of the story because those episodes just didn't make it to Netflix. The company wouldn't wait long enough to confirm they had everything; totally screwed it up for the American market, and millions of people missed out on something that's actually great. Having the backstory shows just how great it could have been today.

His mom should have just let him be great instead of trying to _fix_ what she didn't understand. She described a goated special power that he had, and she tried to overwrite it because she didn't accept it as magic. But it actually was magic the entire time; ancient magic. So, she put him through all of that for nothing 😩 Mother of the year was too proud to accept that she was wrong and punishing the 🐐 the whole time. Then his aunt locked his power behind devotion to his sister. Like, come on! Give the kid a break already!
