I have created several tickets forms, however, I was wondering if there is a way, once the ticket is close by the board managers, to send a last question to the requester, in order to rate the service,.... I have done it, however, the anwaer appears as a new item in the board, not in the currently closed.

WorkForms needs a big update, there's so many functionalities missing... I was trying to transition my google forms to Monday forms to automatize them but it's impossible, there's no sections, there's no titles/descriptions if I want to add more, there's no changing font size or style individually, etc.

Hi Samatha, in this instance you would need to add more columns to the board and then add these columns to the form. I hope this helps!
