Eat as much good quality fat as you like, nothing processed. Stay away from starch, rice, potatoes and pasta 🚫 Keep your eating hours to a minimum!! I have a four hour window per day and I pig out on meat, dairy and little veg! I’ve lost 15kg since August!! Best decision I ever made !

Tzatziki is Greek, used in Gyros. What many people missed out on doing the right Tzatziki - like what is shown here, you have to squeeze the cucumber and take out the water so the sauce will not be watery. Highly recommended to use Greek yoghurt. :)

Shawarma is my one to go dinner dto sa qatar, esp kpg tamad magluto 😂. Natry ko ang beef shawarma sa saudi medyo weird ung lasa probably sa coriander. Peo masarap 😋. Ang gustong gusto ko sa shawarma sa saudi at qatar na may french fries tapos ung bread thin and flaky na may kasamang mahiwang palad at pawisan ung gumagawa dahil sobrang init 😂.

that shepherd salad (tomato, onion salad, long green pepper, cucumber ) is a delish. perfect pair to Shawarma ! they say "adding salt and squeezing the cut tomatoes, onions and green pepper, triples the tastes " cucumber added last before drizzling with oil oil, lime, and parsely. thanks for featuring the Philippine white cheese - I completely forgot we have this cheese product - good substitute to haloumi.
That looks delicious. It reminds me of authentic Greek gyros which is a family favorite in my house. I was lucky enough to be introduced to real Greek food through a classmate growing up back in Elementary school. His family owned and operated the only Greek restaurant in our town and frankly the whole area in Northern Virginia less than 20 minutes from Washington DC in the US back in the late 1970s-1980s which is kinda crazy because it was such a metropolitan area with the most people from around the world visiting and living there because it was close to the Capital and all of the different embassies who were staffed by people from their own country. In the late 1980s through the 90s and early 2000 there was a huge influx of people from different countries and cultures that started their own businesses and restaurants. It is weird looking back and realizing how few restaurants there were actually available then compared to now. Plus people didn’t go to the more fancy restaurants unless they were celebrating something, unlike now when people eat out much more often and you have a wider selection of different types of cuisine to choose from.

Yep ,salt and a dash of vinegar before squeezing the cucumber. Use Greek yoghurt and add a bunch of dill
