Tecnam P2012 Traveller WEATHER DIVERSION Landing KLEB 120523

Diversion Landing into KLEB of Cape Air Flight 63 with service to KRUT (Rutland, VT) from KBOS (Boston, MA). This flight diverted to KLEB (Lebanon, NH) due to clouds below minimums at KRUT.
*NOTE: The flight crew handled this situation superbly. As shown in the video, it was incredibly cloudy the whole flight. The crew chose the approach that had the lowest minimums (the minimum altitude to establish visual contact with the landing runway needed for a legal landing), and when minimums were reached, and the runway (KRUT 19) was not in sight (can confirm), the crew aborted the landing and went around, diverting to KLEB (Lebanon, NH). At no time did I feel that safety was sacrificed, and although I was disappointed to not get to fly into/out of Vermont, the crew made the right decision not to land. Again, this flight was a testament to the professional employees of Cape Air, and I cannot recommend them enough.*
