- We went to check out the brand new park in Destin Florida, Captain Leonard Destin on Calhoun Drive. It's fantastic, the park has so many amazing elements, a splash pad for the littles, climbing ropes, a beach with water straight to crab island. There is a nice trail to go for a walk with plenty of pavilions to enjoy. The original trees were preserved and there are plenty of other new trees that were planted and are thriving. Honestly, this is easily one of the most beautiful parks I have ever seen. Go visit, your kids will love it, there is so much to do.
After the park we went to Kwench Juice Cafe which is next to the Winn Dixie in Destin. It was fantastic, the kids loved the fresh press juices and the smoothie bowl. We'll be going there again for sure!
