- For a long time I've been waiting for a road that could really compete with other super beautiful POV videos that are out there on the internet.
And I think I have finally found it. Today I invite you to join me for a race on one of the most amazing, beautiful and difficult roads that I've ever seen.
It is called US 60 and this specific stretch that we are about to drive on is located in West Virginia.
It starts near Charleston and goes Kanawaka river over a mountains area so it is very crooked full of hairpin turns and steep up and downhills.
It is a very complicated road to drive on but it is also engaging, especially for those of you who are here for the POV experience.

oh it was an amazing road, I wish I could take my car there one day, there were lots of places I wanted to stop and see but they didn't look like they could accommodate trucks. And I was lucky that I had a light load :)

I have a question...I am a virtual truck driver at american truck simulator :) you don't use engine brake more... I think american trucks have strong brakes...right ?? normal brake is enough all conditions ??
You could live without the engine brake most of the time, even though in some conditions you really do need it, if you go down a 40 miles 6% grade and are heavy, without the help of the engine brake your regulars brakes will start burning very soon. Another reason to use engine brakes is that it saves your regular brakes, regular brakes wear out pretty fast if used intensively and are expensive to replace so you really want to use your engine brake as much as possible, at least in real life :)
