Big fan of Paolo but I wish he'd stick to the original version... love that Rag Time sound he produced on his second album for 10/10 and Pencil Full of Lead!

He probably gets bored singing the same version every time and decided to mix it up. This live is so much better than the original if you go and see him because i thought the same until i actually went to see him and he did this live, I think his updated version of last request is better than the original too

I have not heard this version before. "a picture of you" instead of "a licence for my telly" just doesn't work for me. It doesn't rhyme. This must be aimed at the non-UK market?
I disagree, a picture of you version is really nice because it really speaks to the message of the song about dear love for somebody. This was filmed in the UK for a wholly British audience. He also performed this version recently at TRNSMT festival, can be found by searching for that one. Love this, wish it was on an album.
