Of course it irritates but issue is station officers gets irritated when they see advocate no matter what we do so mentioning sections alone not gonna irritate them, Advocate appearing with client in station itself irritates them.

Yes any person can appear for self in court no need to be an advocate to appear for your own matter. Its called party on person.
