So the flow controller valves are best to be used in the in positive load side and a relief valve is best to be used in the negative load (the return line). Right?
Hi and thanks for the info: I am building a test stand to test the load over distance in a shock. We want to move the shock at different loads to determine the resists and be able to adjust the pressure to act as different spring rates, what type of valve would we need to make this work.
nice, can you assist, I have a very pro made power pack, made by KA ME WA Finland, I have almost zero flow and little pressure, possibly the rotation was wrong for a minute, but the pump is load sensing, wonder if the shaft seal blew with reverse rotation could I block the LS port on the valve block, see what happens? the solenoid valve opens, I use lever controls to feed 3 rams, one motor, the pressure comp flow valve is before the 4 valve lever block as I wanted to slow it all down, really need help here, thanking you there is zero press at the gauge, one ram will creep, motor and other cylinders do not move
Can someone help me with a question? I'm not real familiar with hydraulic details... I build a small tow behind backhoe/trencher.. It is powered by a 6.5hp engine and I'm using a 2 stage log splitter pump. (11gpm) 2gpm on stage 1, and 9gpm on stage 2... My problem is the speed of my cylinders are super fast. So fast that it makes it almost impossible to operate... I'm wanting some type of valve to slow all of my cylinders down... What type of flow valve do I need? I'm currently looking at a 0-11gpm hydraulic flow control valve from northern equipment.... It's the type that has three ports and a little lever that can be moved to open and close the flow. Can someone please give me an idea of what I need to purchase... Thanks
Hey can you tell me which software will be best for designing 3d model of hydraulic press, deep drawing hydraulic press and other hydraulic presses?Tell me both top paid and free software separately. I hope you'll reply me soon as it will be really helpful for me. Thank you.
Very well made video! Animations are just on point, able to give learner a better view of what is happening inside the valve.

Muito legal essa apresentação, vai ajudar muito o entendimento dos futuros profissionais.
Obrigado a vc
Hi, what is your recommended type of hydraulic we can used in extracting the coxonut milk
thank you very much
thanks
Thanks for the video it is a good one
Thank you bro👍
Thanks you
Easy to understand thks sir
Nice video
❤❤Nice video 🎉🎉

Nice jump scare
hi friend, do you have software, im interested this soft, i need using for purpose education. thanks
This vid was made with Blender
owerheating oil. if you close oil, in oil flow control valve.and need 150bar but low flow. some schematics please

I cannot tell you which software is the best. I for myself use Blender.
@@learnchannel-TV I mean can you name some free software for the same which are good in your view...
Difference btw DRV8 and DV8 valve ??
One is free flow return, the other is restricted both ways
Vinod Barkya Habale TYME
what the relationship of FCV setting and the speed of the hydraulic cylinder for extend and retract operation?
👍
Ok
